Now coming back to the arguments. Well I rather say that one should not buy an apartment itself either it be a city or periphery. One needs to invest in a venture which can generate revenue which can inturn be invested into appreciating assets.

Socio Economic factors drives the prices in an area, so till the time there is disparity in incomes it would continue to stay.

But for fun, I say Periphery always as I would love to take the flying car lol :D
