This sounds good for street photography to do :) , Not need to get wet when you walk lot on the street :))
yes, you're right. but i often use an umbrella when raining, but sometimes its impossible when the rain is pouring and the wing is too strong
Try get close .... this strong wind and rain can make something cool ;)
