Whale downvote abuse

It has come to my attention that many whales are abusing hive while acting as anti abuse themselves. Rather than focusing on keeping current and new hivians happy with extra votes, incentivizing them to create content on hive strengthening the ecosystem. Instead they horde there votes for there themselves and close friends. Thats not what i have a problem with. Its your money push it around as you want. Its the anti abuse i have a problem with. Once youve done some wrong doing your stigmatized and never can get out of it. They run bots to down vote users and never look back. They dont monitor the content, they just blindly trust a computer to do the right thing. This is losing sight of humanity. This was not the purpose of the down vote in the STEEM white paper.

Hive is a beautiful idea and can allow people earn income on any content without hassle. You would want to empower these people, this idea. No, instead you want to horde yourself fat till you go to zero because you are a big problem in the hive ecosystem. Your centralizing the token supply and minting process. I thought thats why steem was forked. To get rid of accounts that received tokens when steem and steemit were born. Your being hypocrites and should be stopped before hive goes to zero over time. You allow computer programs to dictate how your account acts. No matter if it harms someone or not. You dont care you and your cronies will just keep getting fatter milking your vote till hive is zero. Whales are a huge problem in the fundamentals of this blockchain. Don’t know how to fix it. Maybe cap votes if the same account keeps voting another user. To prevent abuse from all actors. This would incentivize more interaction rarher than just voting your feed or using bots to vote. No matter the % you vote user x times your vote decreases in HP and eventually does not work at all but you still using that % of voting and your vote is void. You be recorded in a 5 day process and regenerates within that time frame. Maximum posting should be enabled to deter bad actors and bot’s alike. Whales always kill what they love and don’t realize it.
