
Hi guys, today's weather was hot and humid at 26
degree celsius in my hometown. Our country is in monsoon season now and I ran 4km at easy pace in the neighbourhood near my place and called it a day.
Now I am in the process of building up my endurance slowly by increasing the mileage each week.
The weather lately had been pretty so hot and humid. It makes me tense and weak easily. How much I don’t really like this season 😢…. If not for Christmas 🎅 😂
