I decided to create this post as a "guide" or tips for some users who may be unaware of some of the features that ecency gives us, especially after I noticed in the last few days some people asking about it and having several doubts.
First of all, I haven't been here for a month, so I'm as young as you are who came here to know about it. But, in the meantime I explored, tested and tried to understand better and this little thing that I did I want to leave for those who still don't know and never used it. These were the questions I noticed being asked lately.
I met Ecency in a post by @matheusggr (by the way if you still don't follow him, start following. Matheus is always bringing news, giving tips and getting information in our world of crypts), so I came to look here and find out which one it was the idea and I noticed that nothing else was another interface at the beginning of HIVE and that it had something about points and boosts.
Ecency gives you points as you use their platform. Almost every action you make here results in points that are added up. A post, comment, vote, reblog etc, each has a vote value that you can add up over the days as shown in the image below.
But there is a time frame for you to receive the full amounts. For example, if you comment on a post the first time of the day, you will receive 5,000 points. In the next comment the value will drop to approximately 4,600 and with each new comment the value will decrease. Going back to 5,000 again just the next day. (I didn’t check if you have a right time to reset, but we’ll use it as a 24 hour break).
Over the course of the day you can effortlessly collect an average of 40,000 / 50,000 points. You can still see a Ranking in the place that you appear as activities done here on the day / week / month and how many points you have added in that period. To do this, just click on "DISCOVER" in the upper left corner.

I concentrate all my activities of responding, voting, creating posts here. So that I can collect more points. Using the tags at the time of publication, just add the first one as your main and to which tribe the post refers to.
The points earned here you can exchange to promote or earn ecency votes in your post.
With 150,000 points you can already give a boost. At the moment this is the average value of 150 points.

You can also buy points. Using your HIVE or HBD you can exchange them for ecency points. And in that part I did a test.
I bought 1 HBD of points for me to test and see if the rewards would be worth it. I did not make exact numbers, but in my example, you recover the invested 1HBD and still earn more.
See the examples below exchanging 1HBD in today's market value:

By exchanging 1 HBD today you would be entitled to 885 points.
If you give a Boost of 400 points in your publication the value of the vote today will be on average this value here:

Consider that you win a 3 $ vote, remembering that half of your post is curated and the other half is HDB and HP. So for 3 $ you will receive an average of 1 HBD, not counting the amount in HP. That is, with an ecensy vote using half the points you bought, you get your investment back and still increase your HP. In short, you only have to win and it helps to promote your posts and help the staff of Ecency.
You can also delegate your HP to @ecency and earn daily rewards on HIVE for your help in proportion to your curation + extra points. You can see more details here.
Well, those are my tips and what I do here using Ecency. Remembering that you can also download on the Ecency cell phone and use it to read, vote, comment and everything else. The application is great and flows very well.

Resolvi criar esse post como um "guia" ou dicas para alguns usuários que talvez desconheçam algumas das funcionalidades que o ecency nos dá, principalmente após eu notar nos últimos dias algumas pessoas perguntando a respeito e tendo várias dúvidas.
Primeiramente não tem um mês que eu estou aqui, então eu sou tão novo quanto a você que veio aqui para saber a respeito. Mas, nesse meio tempo eu explorei, testei e procurei entender melhor e esse pouco que eu fiz quero deixar para quem ainda não sabe e nunca usou. Pois foram essas perguntas que eu notei ultimamente sendo feita.
Conheci o Ecency em uma publicação do @matheusggr (que por sinal se você ainda não segue ele, comece a seguir. Matheus está sempre trazendo novidades, dando dicas e se informando nesse mundo nosso das criptos), logo eu vim olhar aqui e descobrir qual era a ideia e notei que nada mais era uma outra interface a princípio da HIVE e que tinha alguma coisa sobre pontos e boosts.
Ecency lhe da pontos conforme você vai usando a plataforma deles. Quase toda ação sua aqui gera em pontos que vão sendo somados. Uma publicação, comentário, voto, reblog etc, cada um tem um valor de voto que você pode ir somando ao longo dos dias conforme essa imagem abaixo.
Mas existe um intervalo de tempo para que você receber os valores cheios. Por exemplo, se você comentar em algum post na primeira vez do dia, você irá receber 5.000 pontos. No próximo comentário o valor irá cair para 4.600 aproximadamente e a cada novo comentário o valor irá decaindo. Voltando a valer 5.000 novamente só no próximo dia. (não verifiquei se tem um horário certo para zerar, mas vamos usar como um intervalo de 24h).
Ao longo do dia da para juntar sem muitos esforços uma média de 40.000/50.000 pontos. Você ainda pode ver um Ranking no lugar que você aparece como atividades feitas aqui no dia/semana/mês e quantos pontos somou nesse período. Para isso, você basta clicar em "DISCOVER" que se encontra no canto superior esquerdo.
Observem os TOPS usuários do dia de hoje.
Eu concentro todas minhas atividades de responder, votar, criação de post por aqui. Para que eu possa juntar mais pontos. Utilizando as tags na hora da publicação basta adicionar a primeira sendo a sua principal e para qual tribo o post se refere.
Os pontos aqui conquistados você pode trocar para promover ou ganhar votos do ecency em seu post.
Com 150.000 pontos você já pode dar um boost. No momento é esse o valor médio de 150 pontos.

O máximo de pontos em Boost atualmente são de 500.

Você também pode comprar pontos. Usando seu HIVE ou HBD você pode trocar eles por pontos ecency. E nessa parte eu fiz um teste.
Eu comprei 1 HBD de pontos para eu testar e ver as recompensas se valeriam a pena. Não fiz números exatos, mas no meu exemplo, você recupera o 1HBD investido e ainda ganha mais.

Bem, essas são as minhas dicas e do que eu faço aqui usando Ecency. Lembrando que você pode também baixar no celular Ecency e usar de lá para ler, votar, comentar e tudo mais. O aplicativo é ótimo e flui muito bem.

En la publicación, al escribir, tiene un ícono de foto en el borde del mensaje para que inserte fotos.
O copie el enlace de la foto de Google y péguelo

Hi! Good post about the points and everything. Can anyone tell me how to "like" or "vote" on a post? Whenever I click the heart icon, I get to see who the voters are but I cannot like the post myself. Is that something wrong with my phone or is it a bug? Or I'm just totally misunderstanding how to use the App? 😕
