Sunday lunch

Today I have prepared mustard honey chicken breast with a savory coriander-cucumber-mentha (also called Raita) sauce. This is an Indian dip which is usually eaten as an appetizer. I gathered everything from the fridge that could be put on the shashlik (stick). This is also good because this way you can use the remaining peppers, sausages, onions and tomatoes.

Ingredients for 2 persons:

30 dkg chicken breast fillet

6 pieces of cherry-tomatoes

1 long piece of sausage

a half red Californian pepper

1 red onion

For the Raita:

a big box of yogurt

1 cucumber

half a handful of fresh mentas

a few fresh lemongrasses

3 pieces of fresh corianders

the juice of half green lime juice

grated lemon peel

salt and pepper

I seasoned the diced chicken breast (olive, garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, mustard) and I put it away for half an hour. Then I put them on the shashlik sticks. Sausage-onion-chicken breast, peppers and so on, I put a cherry tomato at the end of each one. I love grilling tomatoes, it has a fantastic flavor.

I started baking and the kitchen and its surroundings were full of divine scents. The green leaves of cherry tomatoes are usually left on the grill too, so the taste becomes is so divine. While I baked it, I cut the cucumber.

I poured the Turkish yogurt into a bowl, added the sliced mint, coriander, lemon juice, lime juice, lemon peel, salt, pepper.

I mixed well and put in the diced cucumber, but only before eating, because it will only make our salad wet.

In the meantime, I'm rolling the shashliks in order not to burn. It was finished in half an hour.

Készítettem egy ízletes csirkemell saslikot, joghurtos mentás korianderes uborkával . Ez egy indiai mártogatós amit általában előételként fogyasztanak . Összeszedtem mindent a hűtöböl amit fel lehet szúrni a saslikra. Ez azért is jó mert így fel lehet használni a maradék paprikát,kolbászt , hagymát ,paradicsomot.

Hozzávalók 2 személyre:

30dkg csirkemellfilé

6 szem fürtös paradicsom

1 szál sütnivaló kolbász

egy fél piros kaliforniai paprika

1 fej lilahagyma

Raita-hoz :

egy nagy doboz joghurt

1 kígyóuborka

egy fél marék friss mentalevél

pár db friss citromfű

3 szál friss koriander

egy fél zöld lime leve

reszelt citromhéj

só,bors

Bepácoltam a kockára vágott csirkemellet / olíva,fokhagyma,balzsamecet,szójaszósz,mustár / és kb. egy fél órára félretettem. Majd feltüzdeltem sorban a saslik pálcára. Kolbász-hagyma-csirkemell,paprika és így tovább , a végére húztam egy koktél paradicsomot. Imádom grillezve a paradicsomot , fantasztikus íze van.
