Not only was my egg intact over ALL the people at the table, I then hit my egg against the top of my head - and the egg cracked, not my head!
Wow! It must have been a guinea hen's egg :P
They are supposed to be thicker than a hen's eggs and beat them in αβγομαχίες (egg fights)

Flaouna is a traditional cheese pie that is baked in Cyprus only at Easter. It served as a transitional snack from the 40 days of fasting back to the normal diet.
I love this because it reminds me of my Ukrainian & other Byzantine friends! :)

Wish you same as regards the easter wishes, I never knew Greece do celebrate their's a week after others. I only know of china that celebrates new year after others have, I have learnt something new today. Thanks for educating me and sharing this piece of information.
