Hello..Totally new here at this steemit.. :)
Can I ask a question? I hope that I can make myself understood since I am Swedish.. I'll try to explain the best that I can (Google translate is cheating ;) ) Since I am a animal loving person I like all kinds of animals and from time to time I check the sharks that are tagged by people and via GPS can be seen swimming around the world.. :) I think that is so cool.. The other day I was looking at it again AND to my surprise there was not a single tagged shark along the cost of California.. Om the other side of US there was many and also down outside Peru, Colombia etc. I found ONE tag in the middle of the ocean between Hawaii and US and that seemed to be a big turtle.. I wonder why? As I lived at my farm before I lost it I used to pay close attention to animals behaviour(mostly birds) for weather changes.. Have anyone else thought about this?
All the best //C~Sweden

I know there have been studies done on animal behavior before earthquakes, but I can't come up with the name off the top of my head.
Thank you Pentaronicscale for your answer..
I think that it's really strange that not one tagged shark was in the area.. they must like the waters o California..
I will try and finthat study you mention.. :)
It i really interesting to stidy the animals, they know more than humans.. :)
BUT... I have o say that the lastyearsI have had touble sleeping, the best description I can give is that I am REALLY tired but my body says "run for your life"
I used to live at a faram(beforeI lost it due to a separation from my ex) and we live in a forest here there was lost of mooses and orher animals.
Then they put up BIG windpower things at the mountain a little bit rom where I lived baout 1 km.. And after they where in action all mooses disappeared, the hunters noticed that too,but there was nothing said about it in the news..
I read that this wind things can cause neurodamage to offsprings of he animals and thats why they moved..
