I sent 0.1 SBD an hour ago and didn't receive the upvote so far. When will upvotes be cast?

Also because of your profile description gives a 5X upvote I thought you would upvote worth five times what I sent but after some research it seems like the upvote is worth 5 times 0.07 or whatever value specified.
Maybe a clarification would be helpful.
Could you please refund the overpaid 0.03 SBD and cast the upvote?
