TO gate up from bed early in the morning is good for health .Early in the morning ,the air is pure and the mind remains fresh . There is not much noise . Any work can be done the attention . The man who rises early gets much time as well. HE can take rest . He can also finish all work in time . So, early rising is a very good habit .So we don't waste time let's start . If we receive the good preparation we win the well result
