RE: Steem Meet-Up in Rotterdam, The Netherlands: 13th of Januari!

in #dutch6 years ago

Hi @soyrosa, I'm living in The Netherlands, so you can categorize me like that ;)
Also it would be nice to be at a future meeting, especially if it is more or less in the middle of the country (Utrecht?).
Groetjes!

Awesome! I'll categorize you as a Dutchie living in the Netherlands :D For now 90% of those who attended live close or in Rotterdam, so Rotterdam makes most sense. @verhp11 traveled to Rotterdam all the way from Zutphen and didn't regret it! But who knows where we end up in the future :-)

In that case it makes sense to pick Rotterdam indeed. In the end I always have to travel far, so the last bit to there won't be too much of a problem

@erikklok,
I would really like to meet you there.
You could tell me how the city I lived for 17 years developed the last 5-6 years :)
And not only that of course ...

It would indeed be nice to meet @pundito and talk a bit about Hengelo. Unfortunately I am on holiday in January (which in itself is not unfortunate at all...), so I can't join then. Next time I'll try to be there!

Good to hear and enjoy your holiday!

Or somewhere in Westland would also be nice. Or close to Amsterdam.

I guess you know now in which group I belong 😀

:D I know now! I'll add you to the right list.

I'm not sure if everyone likes me to join a meet up 😬😉

It starts with you! :D If you have a positive feeling towards meeting fellow Steemians everyone will welcome you with open arms!

I think all Dutch and Belgium people are fine and some are really nice/great.
The thing is that I'm really curious and ask every question I have. And not everyone likes being asked these kind of questions.

you can ask me everything if i answer thats the question hahahah @crypto-econom1st

Good idea @crypto-econom1st :)
What about The Coast?
600 meters away from home and I have space for 1-2 people sleeping here :)

I've been there quite a few times :D

At the coast sounds good @pundito. Can you get there by train?

Theoretically, yes ... but you don't want to do that!

Omg. In that case I'm kindly going to ask if someone could pick me up somewhere else or I'm going to lend a car...

I could and would pick you up :)

You mean that you live 600m from that bed and breakfast? And that 1-2 people can sleep there for free?

I somehow have the feeling that I don't understand your idea.

A small misunderstanding. The Coast is a restaurant only but I'm living close to it and have a room where 1-2 people could sleep :)

But The Coast is no option at all as you can't reach it easily with the train. It takes hours to come there.
