Ah yes very wise quote my friend! I agree Rome was not built in a day. I have no professional training in terms of editing, or vlogging. I am just a Mom with a silly sense of humor who is starting from nothing. I don't even own a camera. In fact the cell phone that films my content is not even mine. It belongs to my daughter. It was her 10th birthday gift. She got it at the end of Feb. 2018 and we joined Steemit on March 12! With out that cell I would not be able to make the little videos that I do make. I am not a pro and I know I never will be. And that is ok with me. I am having fun and that is all that matters to me. I really admire people like @dnews who has such an amazing skill set in terms of their vlogging style. Anyhow sorry I am talking too much I think.. it is nice to meet you @Kabir88!

Vince is and always will be a mentor to me, he’s the whole reason I started vlogging. Then there’s the whole mindset thing, I loved his response btw back to the guy I watched start off here then become inspired by watching his success.

hehe yeah life got in the way Dooks.. you wouldn't believe all the little bumps. My health took a nose dive. I was in the hospital. My Mother has not been well.. and so on.. I think what Vince is to you.. is who you are to me believe it or not. You are the one who lit the spark. I will never forget that. We all have a snow ball effect on each other.. it really is something special. <3
You know what I actually forgot about that gopro it is sitting in a pile of junk some place.. it never got used.. we won that thing at an arcade I think back in August. I stand corrected! I own a go pro! haha goes to show how much I have been through.. not even sure where it is around here.. thanks for reminding me Dookie <3

I totally understand getting overwhelmed with life’s complications, we must remember this is our hobby and passion and nothing more if life needs your attention then life will find a way of getting it. I do hope everything is well for the time being.
Despite the little arguments we may have had, you will always remain the first success story of #OneLoveDTube. May have been the reason it was so frustrating for me just knowing I am proud of being apart of your success I was offended overly easy, I am sorry for that!
I think you will be amazed at the functionality of the GoPro, wide shots for getting more scenery and video stabilization that works pretty well. I record in 720p 60fps so I can edit on my phone using the GoPro Quik app I suggest you check that out also, almost completely auto edits and free use music built right into the app good for YouTube cross promotion 😉... I suggest you use it in the car with a quick magnetic mount so your not holding the phone(tisk tisk) I don’t want to see you get into legal trouble over that.
This is my mobile setup... scosche suction-cup magnetic mount with the flat mounting plate for GoPro easy setup adjustment and take down. Remember to set audio on “stereo only” and video stabilization on.
