I could only get it to work with one tag. After that I tried to edit to add more tags and the error just kept coming up. Guess I better make that one tag the best tag it can be.

@jroy I have made an update to the original posting as of 01/24/2018 and it is crunched down to just identify how I resolved it and no speculation(s).
