It's really lovely to hear from you! I hope you've been keeping well. And I appreciate that a lot, it's so easy to fall into the trap of expectations that we create for ourselves. I really love your perspective about presenting the person I am in this moment based on what has happened but not focusing so much on the what of what occurred.
