I agree my man, 100%. This has been out for a couple years now, but it is still in the very early stages. I am super excited to be one of the first to use Steemit, and test out this whole platform.
To me, Steemit is really just a proof of concept. Bare bones, the basics, just to stress test the blockchain and see what it can do. It still says "beta" up there. What will the "real" version look like? What new features are they perhaps working on?
Only time will tell...
