Hello people, good morning to all

I made this video with joy to tell you about my return to physical activities that I always loved to do, but because of sad events in life, I lost the energy and desire to do them. Now I'm excited again and I hope this video can encourage more people to start some physical activity or come back, if they stopped for something that discouraged them.

Fiz esse vídeo com alegria para falar para vocês sobre meu retorno ás atividades físicas que eu sempre amei fazer, porém, por acontecimentos tristes na vida, perdi energia e vontade para fazê-las. Agora estou novamente animado e espero que esse vídeo possa animar mais pessoas á começarem alguma atividade física ou retornarem, caso tenham parado por algo que as desanimou.
