Sleep Paralysis (Uncut #35)

What's Up Dtube?

Backin the car and back on the phone. Feels good to record in the car. It's almost like a car confessional for me hahaha. Today I remember thinking about the time I talked to some Dtubers about Lucid dreams and their experiences.

Lucid Dreams?

Dreams vary significantly and many associate it with being able to peer into the subconscious. You would be having dreams that make no sense and we attempt to translate that into a message that we can understand. Sleep paralysis is something I have experience and it is not fun. It almost feels like you are constantly having to fight in your dreams and its a sensation that is very difficult to describe at times. I could never understand how or why the body would be sent into a state like that when the purpose of sleeping is to rest and recover.

Thanks for watching and I'll see you in the next one.

It's time for CCC - Chrispy Car Confessional....good branding :)

Woahhh that's crazy @chrispy99. The feeling of being trapped in your own body sounds intense! I've never experienced sleep paralysis but during a time when I was really trying to lucid dream / astral travel I heard this huge "POP!" inside my head. It was so weird and scared the crap out of me lol. I've heard that this is sometimes a common experience but yeah, that was as far as it went for me.

cool experience man @chrispy99 because you can actually leave your body in this body state. It is called astral projection when your body is asleep but your mind is awake. Some people experience alot of fun things they fly around meet spiritual beings and go into higher astral realms and dimension. When it happens another time dont fear it it cant do you anything, its normal. Instead try to focus on your third eye and relax, if you visualize seeing your body from above long enough eventually you will have an out of body experience.
