Well, I've not looked up places here in the US, but I know there are BitCoin vending machines in some areas here in Metro-Atlanta. As far as your Litecoin value, it would appear that "Economic Globalist" aren't too thrilled with currency they can't control. It would appear that even here in the US The Federal Reserve (which is neither Federal nor a Reserve - its a private bank) are not happy with Cryptocurrency either. It all comes down to control.
