I taught English in Japan once upon a time and had a fair few private students. 99% of them must have been women though. My favourite was an air hostess who took me to restaurants, hid behind her menu and reluctantly whispered bad English to me all night.

Thirty dollars an hour (plus expenses) I charged her...
