It will be a little harder for you comparing to other players because most of the people have growing items that give an extra experience and they don't need to change them until they get to 100 level. Or I'm not sure what's the highest level right now.
So more than half of the low players in the dungeon are able to tank right now because their gear is just too strong ;)
