These wild lettuces grow in the southwest too. Texas, New mexico, down into mexico and beyond.
The shape of the leaves and the yellow dandelion like flowers in addition to the milky sap help me to recognize it.
It has been a while since I have foraged in a place as green as in this video. Super jealous.

Very cool, I'm hoping to cover my area first then move to other places in my videos but wow seems like almost every plant i find is edible or has a something about it that makes it amazing. I have a lot to to cover before I can began to move to new areas.
