Great advice! I used to live on Soylent… Full of nutrition, cheap, and actually tasted Good in my opinion (especially the coffee flavor)

Just the fact that they call it Soylent makes me love it! LOL! Thanks for the tip - breakfast is my bugaboo (too much to do in the morning to bother with breakfast), so this would be a great solution. Definitely going to give it a try!
I'm a huge fan of protein shakes as well. Makes a huge difference and it's so damn easy to do. Never tried this brand but I'll have to check it out! Thanks for the rec :)
