Felony Constitutional Violations occur while Douglas County Oregon County Commissioners act in both dishonor to the people and Violate the US and State Contitution. Article1, Section 8, Article 17 which restricts the ownership of lands by the Federal Government to the 11 sq miles in Washington DC and with only the STATES PERMISSION may obtain land to be specifically used for forts, port and needful lands for government building installations. In the case of Douglas County Oregon and many other counties here in Oregon, the federal government and local governments across the state have been using proxy companies to Privatize Public Lands. In the case here in my community and across the state the company of choice has been (Western Rivers Conservancy). Their MO has beed to seek out communities that are financially struggling that have lands with water attachments. To then in turn sell these acquired lands to the federal Government through the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) The local government has used multiple departments, proxy companies and the BLM along with the usual deception required to achieve their objective. This case and many others here in my state are pure and simple RICO cases.
