Would you like to snack without the guilty conscience? With my 2 cool recipe ideas, it's quick and easy.
For both recipes you only need a few ingredients and you're ready to go :)

Ingredients:
Energy balls
- 4 tablespoons of oats
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder**
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons water (if necessary, add a little bit more water)
** You can vary the whole thing pretty well and take protein powder instead of the cocoa powder.
But also shredded coconut flakes, crushed nuts, etc. are great here. Just try it out and see what you like best ;-)
M-Muffin
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 scoop whey (for example chocolate flavour)
- some water until the dough has a creamy but not too fluid texture.
+Some raisins
-Optional: Honey if it is not sweet enough for you and Greek yogurt +
cinnamon as a topping
** You can add some ground nuts or cocoa powder for example.
