Good old Sunday paperwork. Got a bit of that myself.

I like the bear drink image. That bear looks like it could use a bit more to get into a drunken rage.

Oh neat, you can turn an image into a link too, click on this one:

Nice trick Evan.
Have a nice upvote!

I missed out on the mead discussion and jumped in on the back end of eggs -- the most awesome complete food there is. We get through lots of eggs at our house.

It's great that you're reading lots of books. Have you heard of the 10,000 hours rule? I read a book, a while ago, called Talent is Overrated. It says that those who find great success are those that put the hours in. The author's hypothesis is that it takes roughly 10,000 hours to be an expert at something. These driven people practice longer hours, more frequently, study more... just like the berserkers. It's a great formula.

100% Anjkara. I know the 10.000 hour rule. But that rule only applies to very hard stuff like learning instruments.

Here is what I listen to when I think about quitting or taking a day off.

Thanks for these Phil. Great motivational stuff. He mentions Henry Rollins in the first vid... I love that guy. He's brutal, truthful AND hilarious. I missed to opportunity to see him perform live (a while back). Gutted.

2nd vid: I agree about too much info being distracting. It's like this when you're writing. You can overdo the research and info which hinders productivity.

Cheers :)

It's a long and hard road, and a worthy goal at the end. Let me help you a little with my humble vote. From now on, I will follow you.

Thank you Natord.
Welcome to the road of victory!

Hey man!! I really love the fact that you are a HUSTLER!! You wake up at 6, that's awesome. How many hours do you sleep, though?

Winny out...for now ;)

I sleep around 6-8 hours.

If you want to know some info regarding sleeping hours.

According to chinese medicine (I think) hours between 21.00-23.00 are when the cells of the body regenerate the most.

Easier said than done of course. I myself have trouble going to sleep before midnight.

But It's good advice. Doing it a couple of times per week would be beneficial.

Thank you Direwolf.

You're welcome.

ok, that is actually the required sleep you need :) I also try to sleep that much.

Winny out...for now ;)

Wow, this is such a great idea to keep a journal and track progress. I would also like to start something like this once my broken arm is fixed. Best of luck, I will follow your progress and take inspiration from it

When your arm is fixed you go all in.
Write 2 posts per day till you die!

haha, sure will do.... but my attempts at posting my own articles have been very discouraging... I have earned I think a total of $0.07 from three posts with self upvotes on all of them :-( any suggestions to get better at this?

I posted 95 days in a row with 0 investments.
