Looking all bane like in that photo. How long do you usually train for?
30-45 minutes, I do 2 different exercises in a row.
Oh ok. I usually do my HIIT and basketball. It probably take me like an hour or so total.
I loved to play basketball every week, If I was in the USA in your city you can be sure we would be throwing the ball around together.

That would be the coolest thing. I miss working out with my bros from football and I find it much better to have someone to workout with to push each other.
I prefer that as well, however, everyone I asked to commit to serious training failed.
