I upload my videos to the steem blockchain using @dtube and for the past 2 days I've been getting this error. I've tried 2 different browsers and still nothing. Anyone know a fix?

If I recall correctly @fawakatube , steemit is an unsensored platform to express whatever one feels fit to express. And if someone wants to talk about #bitconnect then who are you too tell someone you hope they get banned? I think this is no place for you as you have no idea what steemit is. This is the future of freedom of expression and people talk about any- and everything here. If you want people banned then I suggest you go to the old fasion social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter or Instagram where they block everyone trying to express themselves!

I found this answer below for you my friend... pardon his English...
first: if you already submit your video and you try to make more editing in Title or Desc. the block-chain may already saved your editing but not respond to saving order. and if you click twice or more you will see these message. so try to open another tab and see if your editing saved or not.
second: if you see these message in upload page. Just wait 15 minute and try to submit it again. I save info about a video I already uploaded in Template file in case of my browser crash (If the video is too big and cant submit it in block-chain) and with little trick by uploading tiny video file and replacing its info with my original big video file info i can submit my original big video file in other time when block chain work.
The Snap image must be uploaded while the video is uploading.
The video must be below 1Gb.
You need to wait until the video has been uploaded to submit
Some times, even following that it doesn't work, probably because the network is saturated. If that's the case go do some nice fun stuff for some hours and try again later.

you can check that your tags are correctly spaced and not over the limit ... kind of obvious but also gives this error.

Dtube has a discord with support. The only issue I ever had with uploading was the length of videos being over 20 minutes. They told me that they would need to be encoded if they were that length.
I would try joining the Discord channel and speak with support there.

Maybe try actually making some quality content posts and not simply posting your @dtube or youtube videos with little to no content. Steemit is not meant for you to @rewardpoolrape and send out all the earnings to your lending frauds that leave so many weak.

I suggest you, If can't upload dtube fine better other video upload sites.

There's has always been a problem with dtube, don't know when it will be fixed. I personally don't like uploading videos on dtube. Lots of bugs

I've had this problem for so long, I made a gif of it because I did so many posts about this subject trying everything.
Solution
Even with the solution presented in the comments (tags) I still could not finish the process of publishing. In the end the maker of dtube suggested to relog and that helped. Maybe, through relogging, we aregoing along with something that has been updated on the site and it's only refreshed when logging out and back in.
since then I had no probs
Dtube is one of the finest video uploading platform which we have on steemit but sometimes we get encountered with such errors.
I havent started uploading vids yet but ive only been on here a few days
