The Federal Reserve was supposed to keep their QT program going for years. Then they backed off and said we’ll go slow and will definitely have more than what we had before QE1. Then they began taking the stance of a wet noodle, falling short of any and all expectations. Just in a the past few weeks they have gone from a position of authority to complete ready for QE4 mode. It’s just a matter of: when?
