Well it has been a week! ER visits, the first week of school, and today the middle son getting the bug his sister had. Who knows what that was since no one ever took it upon themselves to figure out what caused the seizure. My love/hate relationship with hospitals continues. My son is sitting beside me right now with a 103 temp wrapped in a cold towel and finally resting. Thank you Father! My own head is pounding from stress. Alas, I finally have a moment to enjoy a glass of this that I made earlier today. Thanks for watching! Hope you get to enjoy some yourself!
White Peach Mojito
1-2 Peaches sliced and skinned (you can use any variety)
1/2 cup to cup of simple syrup.
Handful of mint leaves
Lemon or Lime seltzer water
6 oz rum
Basically stir that all together and drink over ice! YUM!

I’m thinking strep. It was headache, high fever, and sore throat. So I used lots of oils and throats and ears. Lots of vitamin C. It took about 2 full days of fever to kill it. He’s doing well today. Thank you. How are you feeling?
Better than I have been. I need to stay hydrated and stay out of the extreme heat. Post coming out soon about my brush with the health clinic!
