25 square meters (270 sq. ft), about 2.5 hundred a month with utilities. No furniture, so no tenancy deposit.
But I bought some essential stuff: a 1 kW electric stove for $15, a 12 kg (26.5 lbs) cot with bent upwards wooden planks, $30, cotton mattress and blanket, $10 each, and the most important - Wi-Fi router, XiaoMi, 4th version with 5 GHz band, for $35.
edit: turns out router was only $35.
