Spring fastening and juicy diet

I do love using spring as a motive to do changes. Every year this is the period when I start my evening fastening, sometimes continuing over the weekend. Is the period when I am inspired to replace meals with green/red/orange/grayish juices. I have some receipes I love and tend to use like apple, celery, lime, ginger and Anaïs as well some creative nights when I let my inspiration go wild. Among my favourites are chia seeds combinations, beetroot experiments and green dill combos.

I have done a 21 days smoothie retreat in Turkey and that hooked me forever with the benefits of having light meals plant based. The best if after this period when you come back to the old habits and at beginning you can feel the joy explosion in your mouth. You can feel the salt and sugar going to your blood and you realise how addicted we are of our beliefs. I am glad I still have triggers in my head to remind me every year of those benefits.

So try to replace at least a heavy meal with a juice (best choice would be the evening one) and let me know how is it for you. Meanwhile appreciate if you can be fussy about food and enjoy the spring.
