Are you committing any of these 7 Social Media Sins on @dtube or @steemit? I'm seeing a large number of content creators sinning every day and it needs to stop because this is devaluing the platform! Here are the 7 social media sins that I see almost on a daily basis:
- Stealing content
- Posting the same content over and over
- Bullying
- Only upvoting yourself
- Upvoting your own comment on someone else post WITHOUT upvoting the post
- Not reading the official rules
- Not understanding the rules
The official rules can be read free of charge here: https://steemit.com/faq.html I would also recommend the 'welcome' page here: https://steemit.com/welcome
Music credit: Special thanks to @myndnow for providing amazing background music! Make sure to check him out!
If you're new to my DTube channel check out my introduction video with 24 interesting facts about me here: My fiancé @lauracody and myself are Travel Bloggers, Instagrammers and YouTubers known as 'Travelling Weasels'.

Thank you for this post. I am a new user on Steemit and I am a content creator on a few platforms. My content based around Performing Arts.
I am taking a few days to just browse comment and interact with the Steemit community a little before I start posting.
DTube is something I just found this evening and now I am really excited as the content i produce is all professional dance shows and performances, interviews etc that I film and edit myself.
I completely agree with the quality thing and ethics. I have been on TopBuzz for a few months and the ethics and quality is just horrid! We need real community and so far Steemit looks amazing! Thanks @tanbay
That's awesome, thanks for letting me know! Follow the rules and you will succeed :)
I see the same problems on YouTube and Instagram, too xxx
True that, my love! <3
Thank you for this video. It would be a check list for new people in this environment. I would be using the d.tube space for introducing India, especially Kerala to the world. Also we will try to introduce Free/Open Source Software including Linux. We try to introduce to Indian Classical Music (primarily Carnatic music) in the coming day. This video would be helpful for me in long run.
Thank you for watching! Good luck with your content!
Thanks for showing me the way bro 💪
Thanks for watching!

Re-steemed
Thanks for the re-steem! Everything is great at the moment :)
hehehhehe
thank so much @tanbay
glad to hear @tanbay
I resteemed and upvoted this post because, I feel that there is a need for all of my followers to read this, shit, everyone here on steemit needs to read this... I see people stealing content left and right all the time instead of taking advantage of their own creativity. I love this platform and the many quality people here. I want to see more quality posts in the trending feed and less mindless jargon.
Thanks for letting me know! Thanks for resteeming this as well!
