It did look like a plastic bag flying around at one point but then it did look like trampoline like the woman said, it's weird as it seems much closer then it looks but as always the video is too blurry.

Yes exactly. Unfortunately, all videos are blurred when they are taken with mobile phones. But it is really weird.
