DTube Cannot Upload - IPFS Error While Uploading

I've been trying to upload a video to DTube but the site has been giving me "IPFS Error While Uploading" message. See below. Has anyone seen this issue before? Any solutions? Much appreciated.

My solution for several Dtube bugs turned out to be a new browser called "Brave". Read about it here:
