It is funny how some medicines work for some and not for others. It strikes me what complicated and contrary creatures we are. I am so pleased it does work for me comma especially in combination with St John's wort as I have got some much needed relief in my life. I actually didn't realise how good it was as I was having a combination herbal sleeping tablet with a few other herbs comma and then I got the straight valerian and it works even better. I still have some sleepless nights but that is normal I think comma but I think it's power last through the day no as well. My husband hates it because he says it stinks comma Richard does but I just think that smells like relief
