The only time he showed anything was after Trump was elected, and for the first time ever the US didn't veto a UN resolution condemning Israel. It's funny how that action led to the political death of Michael Flynn, whilst giving such false impetus to the Trump/ Russia collusion narrative.
I voted for Obama because he claimed to want to bring an end to the wars, but he only expanded them.
