I feel you on the debate. I'm a technical writer on natural health topics, the vast majority of people don't need extreme diets like vegan or keto long term. Just eat a whole foods diet. There are outliers who need those diets for life and many benefit from doing them shorter term to reset their digestive system.

I’ve noticed extreme diets are EXTREMELY imbalanced. Who would have though.
Sure a few weeks vegan to cleanse. Primal to add some healthy fat back. Then eat balanced & repeat. Pretty simple. I’m sure you could go pretty in depth.
