I agree EOS governance system is the most centralised coins next to ripple. All its going to do is make sure node owners become stinking rich, Its essential hierarchy system on the blockchain which is against the philosophy of decentralisation.
I also don't feel their tech is superior to that of ETH that dApps would opt for EOS over ETH. EOS is a me too coin that's selling the hype.
