Well I have seen speculation that will will build a HQ there. Also some feel like EOS could be used for voting and government as well.

Well I am torn, to be honest. My stake is now only worth 2 grand down from 16 grand. I want to believe there is hope to get a bit more than I have now, but I was a believer when it was 16 grand and look where it got me. I say Dan has a huge warchest of funds and is not a man to be trifled with. I would not want to underestimate him.
