Getting out in nature is one of the pleasures of life. It always leaves me centered and peaceful. Of course I always find a million things to photograph that I find interesting lol.

The hickory is a shagbark hickory, one of my favorite trees, especially since I learned to make a delicious syrup from the bark.
We have several on our property.
I love your final view as well, which reminds me of a couple of parks we used to visit in Florida. Gorgeous parting shot.
