Very interesting post. Unfortunately in almost all developed countries, governments are under any pretexts to take the days cash from the citizens.
When citizens do not have cash easier to manage.
State easier to spend money from taxes on various crazy projects. This enriches a small handful of people who give huge bribes to government officials for lobbying their interests. In any case, ordinary citizens are only the losses.
