TOKIA.io a promising project I was carefully looking at.
First off I wanted to make this video more about the legislative possibilities of a refund,
but my research brought me into a different direction.
I am sorry about that in advance, I was looking at the laws of my own country, which is Germany.
And the information I found is pretty promising.

► Refund Argumentation (considering German and partly European law regulations):

First off, the right to refund is a consumer protection right, according to German distance marketing and selling laws,
considering §§ 312d, 312b, 312c, 312e BGB and/or the so called distance selling directive 97/7/EG of 20th May 1997.
There has been a judgement about this. The Judgement ID is: 16.12.2011, Az. 14 O 27/11 KFH III.
This judgement also points out to the "Information duties and following duties" are also a part of the consumer protection right.
This might be a little confusing now, but this is just the basic information now.

Since June 2014 it also is an absolutely mandatory part of the distance selling directive
and especially the "information duties and following duties",
that the customer has to be informed and has to approve the recognition of the loss of his right of refund.
For example in shape of a checkbox at the very bottom of the approval that you have to fill in like for the policies.
So these are the basic rights, check up on if this is also valid for your country and work with it if neccessary.

Remember, that one thing about our growing crypto community is really dangerous.

There are no laws regarding crypto currency in most countries and people often are afraid or just
too scared to fight back. Do not let the scammers lead this! Do not get scammed!
