I've never done the thing you did at the end of the video where you are hanging yourself upside down. What does that actually do? Puts blood in your brain? :D no, honestly, tell me :D

Its really great for relieving tension in the lumbar spine and helps realign the back ! Honestly the list goes on and on - ill make an article about it :)
