Today’s Live video is about how to apply makeup step by step using only drugstore products plus I keep it very simple and beginner friendly.

Let’s start off with the steps;

Step 1: Moisturiser

To prepare your face before putting on any makeup products, please never forget to moisturize your face according to your skin type to get most out of your skin as it will influence the end of the makeup look.

Step 2: CC cream/ or BB cream

Moving on to a light coverage base which you can apply with a damp sponge, brush or your fingers depending on the finish you want to get.

Step 3: Concealer

Using concealer under and on top of your eyelids will help you to brighten the eye area + you have a clean base to apply some eyeshadow later on top.

You can blend the concealer with a sponge or a brush and then set it with setting powder to prevent any creasing.

Step 4: Setting Powder

Take a fluffy Powder brush and press the setting powder all over your face to lock everything in.

Step 5: Bronzer

Next is bronzer! Don’t be afraid! Bronzer is easier to apply as contour + it will give your face some warmth as it can look too ‘’even’’ if your whole face just has one shade (the base)

Step 6: Blush

Smile a bit to find the apples of your cheeks and apply the blush from the apple of your cheeks towards the hairline, keep the main focus to the front.

Step 7: Brows

Either use a bit of eyeshadow to fill them in or just use your spoolie and a bit of soap or as it is and brush up your brow hairs.

Step 8: Eyes

Moving on to eyes, pick one beautiful shade, and we can start off with a matte one as this will for sure suits any eye shape. Apply this over the entire eyelid area until you reach the crease. Then take a fluffy blending brush and blend the edges and if you need more shadow to dig into it a bit and start blending the color over your crease.

Use the same shade on the lower lashline.

And use a lighter shimmer shade for the inner corner and under the brow bone.

Step 9: Mascara

Add mascara to the lashes to finish the eye makeup look.

Step 10: Lips

And finally, at some clear or tinted gloss to your lips to finish off with the makeup look.

All the products that I use are products that I love using on a daily base.

By applying your makeup keep in mind that less is more. I don’t overdo it as I like to demonstrate it as I wear it in real life and not only for pictures.

As always, this is just one way on how you can do it, of course, you can use similar products and different shades, this just should help you to get a beautiful makeup look at the end.
