Disclaimer: this video is not to ridicule but a pure reflection of what's happening today.

According to the provision of UDHR, article 3 thus; “everyone has the rights to life, liberty, and security of persons.”
That is, there is a presumption of law that everyone has a life, freedom and guaranteed security as a human being on the surface of the earth.

Although, war has existed since time immemorial and that is how it going to be because a lot of people benefit from the proceed of war. Nevertheless, the existence of Law is to curb the consequential effects of war. But it is quite unfortunate that a lot of states are directly disregarding and have abused the principle of fundamental Human Rights and the Rule of law.

On this pedestal, on Hardtalk today we would be examining the abuse, threats, and humane treatment suffered by vulnerable victims of war especially Children, Women, Health workers, Humanitarian Aid Workers, Civilians, Displaced People and Victims of Sexual Violence.

Conventionally, these set of people are exempted or immune from the effect of war but gradually as things unfold and the activities of human were nothing but first-class tyranny. It was not far-fetched we started recording flagrant disregard for Human Rights, Rule of Law and others, especially in these following countries - Yemen, Nigeria, Syria, and Afghanistan.
Here is a report of the account of what militants have done to obstruct health care services during the war against insurgencies and directly disregarding the rule of law.

Thanks for watching,
Best regards,
Sam.
