What makes me african

The strenght i have both physically and mentally which makes me distinct from others

The perfect joy I derive in putting smile on my fellow human being's face.

I face a lot of critics and challenges too, but i keep on going no matter what, this isnt because of any other thing but the african spirit in me.

The enthusiasm i feel while helping others in need

Is there any other continent that has beautiful cultures like what i have in my continent (beautiful languages, nice dresses, and superb foods), obviously no, and this creates a whole lot of pride in me been an african.

Where else in the world would you find the level of hardwork compared to the one here in my africa?, obviously nowhere.

I am God fearing, I am a loving person, never been selfish and always soft at heart, this is because i am an african.

Lastly, hardly would you find an african who gets easily demoralised by a present unpleasing situation, I am tough, I am rugged, and I never stop pulling until I acheive my goals, thats not just because I was born in Africa, its what makes me an African .

I am mayowa, and I am proud to be an African.
