I hope that your new coffee maker lasts longer, three months is very little, maybe the extractable deposit makes it not burn so fast.

    I think what was happening is I would get a little coffee grounds in the reservoir without knowing it and over about 3 months it would get clogged and burn out the heating coil 🤦‍♂️
