Do videos still get "pushed out of" the ipfs if not watched for two weeks or so?

I have content I would like to move to here from #dlive, but, it is not material that is watched often by a lot of people. Many of the videos might not be watched for months.

The material targets a very small audience. Mainly Cherokee language learners such as myself. (https://busy.org/created/cherokee-language)

My Internet here is also "poor" so it takes a lot of time and effort to get things to upload successfully. (Upload < 512kbps with packet loss)
