You should do a complete video of nothing but interesting ground shots. A compilation :) Would be cool. Great Perspective!
That's pretty much my life, eh hahaha
I usually let the Camera run rather than trying to time the shot; and edit out what I don't want. If you have the memory and battery life to do that you should try it. I used to do that on my motorcycle runs; the drawback was scrolling through 4 hours of footage, but I never missed that Car that merged in front of me with 10cm to spare or the rear view mirror footage of the Truck following me at 1 meter distance at 80km an hour, or the lady applying make up at 120km/hour or the guy giving me the one finger salute at 1xx/hour etc. Keep at it, you'll find your groove!
I feel like a gopro would benefit my life greatly haha
The Sony Cams are nice also and work well in low light. I always felt the Gopros were too expensive compared to the Sonys, but what really made the difference for me was the shape of the housing; the rectangular box shape of the Gopro isn't exactly Helmet friendly at 120+km/hour. Other than that, the Gopros are great.
