Can't beat a nice omlette for breakfast, I like mushrooms, ham and a bit of cheese in mine with an avocado on the side. Low carb, high fat and protein.
Omlette with ham and eggs is perfect! Actually it inspire my cook next one by your recipe!
I sometimes have a tomato, mozzeralla and basil salad on the side if i'm really hungry.
Good selection will try all

Cool! Anything indoor workout you can recommend inorder to lose weight esp. my tummy :') ?
For that will be good to do HIIT training, for example circuits of burpees, star jumps, plank, leg raises, mountain climbers all the exercises non stop like 1 min of each, and just continue like this for 15 min, will break a lot of sweat

Shrips are actually not bad for cholesterol, eggs yolks in that amounts yes, a little bit too high, but it all will be burnt in the gym
Hi ivargereiko, this time i watched your tutorial video about the method for preparation before fitness.
The -1 method is fried of shrimp mixed with eggs, shrimp are widely known to contain high protein to vitamin D and eggs contain protein to vitamin B2.
Method - 2 is a meal preparation.
method -3 is direct heating and fitness.
